Mutun Beach is a beach in Lampung Province, not far from Bandar Lampung, so it is easy to visit this beach. Mutun beach is made of white sand and the sea water is relatively clean, this makes Mutun Beach one of the interesting attractions to visit in Lampung.
The waves at the beach are small so it is attractive and relatively safe to swim out or play farther into the sea. If you just want to sit and relax, enjoy the sound of the sea, there are huts to sit down in and take shelter when the weather is bad.
Not far out into the sea is beautiful and lush island. You can go to this island by hiring a boat for Rp 2,000 per person. This island is called Tangkil Island. You can comfortably rest more here because the atmosphere is really calm and it is very quiet. The sea around Tangkil Island is also more clear so while you swim you can see the fish beneath you.
Transport options Mutun Beach
To get to the Mutun beach, you have to travel about 25 kilometers from Bandar Lampung, but it is a nice road since both sides of the road to the beach are lined with trees. A sign on the main road says where you have to turn to for the Mutun beach. Continue the dirt path for about 1 kilometer.
