Bajuin Waterfall is located in the village of Sungai Bakar, District Pelaihari which is about 10 km from the capital city of Tanah Laut regency and about 75 km from Banjarmasin.
Bajuin waterfall has a beautiful panoramic of mountains and the air is very cool due to the large trees. Bajuin consists of three waterfalls with different heights.
Here too there are several unique species of birds, orchid plants and other flowers. Bajuin Waterfall is located in the Maratus Mountain.
This area developed into a natural eco-tourism for tracking, climbing and hiking. Although there is a large parking area, unfortunately the road leading to Bajuin is quite bad. Therefore, getting to this tourist attraction is still quite difficult, but the local government is doing repairs at the moment.
Around the waterfall is also a natural lake which is not far from the parking area.
Marble Cave (Goa Marmer)
Not far from the waterfall is the Marble Cave which only takes about 30 minutes by foot. The cave is called this way because of the unique cave walls. It is made up of marble stone tiles commonly used for home and it is shaped like the minarets of mosques.
Bajuin waterfall and the Marble Cave is perfect for nature lovers, it has a beauty not to be found in any other place.
