Sacred River Beach

Despite its name, near the Pantai Sungai Suci (Sacred River Beach) is not any river with this name, strangely enough, but the Sacred River Beach is a popular destination in Bengkulu, West Sumatra. Visitors to this beach not only come here for the beach itself but also for the magnificent view towards the Indian Ocean, especially when the sun sinks into the sea in the late afternoon.

Due to its popularity, several facilities have been build here, shelters and food stalls, paved roads and even fishing spots.
