Tanggo Rajo is a favorite place to visit for tourists. Besides the location near to the home office of Jambi's governor on Jalan Sultan Thaha, Tanggo Rajo is the best place to enjoy the panorama of Batanghari River while fishing or tasting various food offered by many foodstalls there. For you who love nature, there's Mayang Mangurai City Forest. This forest is used as the central conservation and cultivation of aloes plants. We can walk along this non-pollute place. Besides, this place also offers several outbound activities for you and family.

Mie Celor is one favorite culinary in Jambi and you can find it almost in every corner of Jambi City. This rich of spices food is perfectly enjoyed at night or when the rain comes. There's also Jambi's bone soup which is just like ribs soup. This soup is made of soft meat with clear broth and sprinkled with celery and fried onion. If you want to bring some gift for your family, you can just buy dodol kentang (taffy made of sticky potato). This culinary is made of potato taken from Lubuk Nagodang village. This dodol kentang has several flavor such as strawberry, pandanus, palm sugar and pineapple.
