OSAKA

Osaka City is the third most crowded city in Japan after Tokyo and Yokohama. Osaka has many rivers and bridges. It's a metropolis city for there are many industrial centres and developed harbours. Many rich people live in the city and also the centre of trading, offices and banking. Osaka is not only a metropolis city, but also has many tourism destinations you need to visit when you come to the sunrise country, Japan.

Things to see

Osaka Palace is one historical place you can visit while in Osaka. This palace is a beautiful place where there are parks and rivers surrounding the palace. In spring, you can see typical flower of Japan, sakura, blossom beautifully. Another famous destination in Osaka is Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukun. This aquarium is quite big making a whale can be put there. There are also many sea creatures typically from Asia Pacific you can find. Come to Tennoji Zoo if you want located in Tennoji Complex to see many other animals like red panda and koala.

You can not only see the blossom sakura in Osaka Palace, but you can also down the river surrounding the palace using Osaka Aqua-bus tour boat. This activity will surely give you interesting experience. Osaka also has Universal Studio which is the biggest theme park in Osaka. There are many rides you can try in this theme park. If you like shopping or culinary tours, you can come to Namba and Shinsaibashi which are the famous restaurants and stores centre in Osaka.

Things to eat

Your trip to Osaka won't be complete without tasting Osaka's typical food. Though many of those foods can be found in other country including Indonesia, but it will be different if you try them directly in Osaka. One of them is okonomiyaki. This food looks like omelette but filled with meat, cabbage and seafood. There's also takoyaki. This food is made of sliced octopus. There are also udon (big size noodle), awa-okoshi (poprice), and konbu (dried seaweed) you need to try.
