Things to see
Several historic pagodas and temples can be found in this city. One is the Hong Son Temple which is one of the famous temples in the city of Vinh. The temple was built during the Nguyen Dynasty and often organized the annual event in this place. Can Linh Pagoda, also known as Su Nu Pagoda is a famous temple in the province of Nghe An. This pagoda is one of the national heritage sites and was built in honor of the Buddha Shakyamuni. At the top of Dung Quyet Mountain, there is Quang Trung Temple which is a temple built for King Quang Trung.
Things to do
Cua Lo Beach is one of the interesting sights that can be visited. This beach is located about eighteen kilometers from Vinh city center and there is a resort provided in this place. Besides the many pine trees and palm trees also add to this beach privileges. And not far from the beach there are also three exotic islands that you can visit. These islands are Hon Ngu, Hon Chu Island and Hon Mat Island. Sung Quyet Mountain is also another interesting attraction you can visit. Besides offering natural beauty, around the peak of this mountain there are also several small cafes and hotels that you can use to stay.
Things to eat
The main food in this city is still the same as in Indonesia, rice with side dishes. Side dishes provided in this city are freshwater fish and saltwater fish, good meat chicken, beef, lamb and even pork. For Muslims, you would have to be good at choosing which halal foods to eat. One of kosher food that you can taste is Pho Chin, a kind of noodle with additional slices of beef. Pho Bo is a food primarily-based of white vermicelli noodles, eaten with clear broth with vegetables and extra lime wedge.
