Batavia Air gives away free flights.

unknown

Batavia Air announced last week (April 29th) it will give lottery tickets to its passengers for a chance for a free flight round-trip flight to Singapore or a pilgrimage package to the Holy Land (Umroh). A total of 360 free return tickets to Singapore and 360 Umroh tickets will be handed to passengers in the coming year. The Umroh package includes the airfare to Jeddah, visa expenses, airport tax and accommodation in Mecca and Medina. Anyone who flies in the period May 2011 till April 2012 will have a change to win. On the fifth of each month the price winners will be announced by Batavia Air. The lottery tickets are being given to passengers flying on Batavia Air international and its domestic routes. Batavia air hopes to attract more customers with this promotion as rising fuel prices has forced it to limit the amount of Promo tickets on its routes. The Indonesian government so far has not allowed domestic airlines to raise the fuel surcharge so Indonesian airlines have to cope in a different way to attract passengers while still earning a profit.
