Tanjung Aan Beach

Pantai Tanjung Aan is a beautiful beach, gently sloping with white sand and a calm see that makes anyone who gets here just want to linger, lay on the beach, sit on a turtle shaped rock or play in the water.

This beach is not far from Kuta Beach (not to be mistaken with Kuta on Bali), it is just on the east side of Kuta. The beach has a length of about 1km, the water is crystal clear and is bluish green, big waves hit the rocks which are out in the sea. What makes Tanjung Aan Beach unique is the two types of sand: on the left side is more coarse pepper-color sand while on the right side more fine white sand.
