Carocok Beach is one of the attractions located in the west of Painan city, Pesisir Selatan District, West Sumatra Province. This beach is one of the favorite places for tourists to enjoy the beauty of a sunset panorama. Sea water in the beach is quite calm and blue with brownish white sand and accompanied by some palm trees on the edge of the beach.
No need to worry because some tourist facilities are available in the coastal areas, such as some accommodations you can rent, main restaurant with a seafood menu, mosque, public toilets to the availability of several gazeboes for relaxing. One of the uniqueness of this beach is the existence of a floating bridge made of wood and headed out to sea. One of them is headed to the Batu Kereta Island .
