Dipolog Airport is a secondary domestic airport which serves Dipolog, the capital of Zamboanga del Norte province in the Philippines. Though small it is still the busiest airport in Mindanao with about 150,000 passengers a year (about 450 per day).
The airport was officially opened in 1941. Formerly, it was located in the north of the Philippine Constabulary Camp (now Camp Hamac), Sicayab, Dipolog. But due to damage sustained in World War II the airport was relocated to the east of the runway. The airport was fully relocated in 1947 and supported by a longer runway and bigger terminal.
