Zvartnots International Airport is located near Zvartnots about ten kilometers west of Yerevan, the Armenian capital. The airport was inaugurated in 1961 and renovated in 1980. The airport has three terminals, namely: Terminal one, built in 1971 and closed in 2011, Terminal two, with two buildings consist of buildings arrival and departure building.
