How many runways and passenger terminals does EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg have?

The terminal building is split into a French and Swiss section. And although the airport is French, the Swiss have, throught a 1946 treaty, the authority to apply Swiss laws in the Swiss section. Since Switzerland joined the Schengen area in 2009 this distinction is not as obvious anymore and any passenger from or to a non-Schengen country may choose either the French or Swiss customs (and also get a French or Swiss passport stamp). Also, due to this unique international status, EuroAirport is the only airport in the world with three different IATA-codes: BSL (the Swiss code), MHL (the French one) and EAP (country neutral code).
The terminal building has four levels: the car park is in the basement (level 1), the arrival facilities are at level 2, the check-in desks are at level 3 and the departure gates are at level 4.
