Lampang Airport is a public airport run by the Thai government serving the city of Lampang. In 2015 a new passenger terminal was opened which has greatly increased facilities and comfort at Lampang Airport.
Lampang Airport is located just outside the city center, about 1 km south of Lampang center.
From the airport to downtown, you can take a for Lampang typical transport called Muang Rot Ma for about 80-200 Baht, depending your destination in the city.
