The Václav Havel Airport Prague, previously Prague Ruzyne Airport, is the international airport of Prague, located about 20 km northwest of the city. It is the busiest of the former East-European communist countries. The Prague Airport is the main base for Czech Airlines and a hub for low cost carriers Wizz Air and Ryanair. The airport was a major scene in the 1968 Soviet led occupation of Czechoslovakia to end the Prague Spring. The airport was captured in the early hours of the invasion. A special flight from Moscow carried more than 100 agents who quickly secured the airport and prepared the way for the airlift which carried Soviet troops and tanks to Prague Airport.

The airport has two runways, one recently added, four passenger terminals and is capable of handling the largest aircraft like the Airbus A380. Of the four terminals only Terminal 1 and 2 are regularly used. Terminal 4 (the oldest, in use since 1937) is used for VIP and state visits. Terminal 3 is used for charter and private flights. Terminal 2, opened in 2006, is for flights within the Schengen area while Terminal 1 is for international flights outside the Schengen area.

The airport does not have a train station so you can either take the bus or taxi to get into the city.
Several door-to-door shuttles operate at the airport which will drop you at the address you mention. One-way ticket cost CZK 290 to 500 and travel time can be 30 minutes to 1,5 hours depending traffic and how many other passengers the driver will drop before you. Tickets can be bought at the stands in the arrival hall.
The Airport Express bus to the central train station departs in front of Terminal 1 at least two times an hour from early morning till evening. One-way fare is only CZK 42 if bought online.
Public buses provide connections to several metro stations where you can continue your journey with the metro. Travel time is at least 45 minutes and combined price for tickets is about CZK 30. Information and tickets are available at the Public Transport stand in the arrivals hall.
