FlyFirefly Sdn Bhd, operating as Firefly, is a full-service carrier and a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines. Although FireFly used to be a low-cost airline, it changed strategie in 2011. All jet flights were transferred to its parent Malaysia Airlines and FireFly became a sole user of ATR Turboprops which it uses for short flights in and to Malaysia. Firefly operates from two hubs in Subang (Borneo) and Penang International Airport (Peninsular Malaya).
