The Toulouse Blagnac Airport is the international airport serving Toulouse in the south of France. Toulouse Blagnac Airport is with over 7 million passengers a year an important airport in France and has many flights to destinations in Europe and northern Africa.
Toulouse–Blagnac Airport is not a large airport so there are not many flights departing here. There are only a few destinations that you can reach from Toulouse–Blagnac Airport, most of these are operated by KLM Cityhopper. Many people take a flight to Amsterdam and transfer to another flight there.
The airport has two runways and one passenger terminal. The terminal has two check-in halls B and C which are actually in the same building.
The airport is located about 8 km west of Toulouse.
To get into the city from the airport you can either take the bus or tram. The Shuttle Bus departs every 20 minutes to the main bus and train station but also stops at several metro stations. The bus ride takes about 25 minutes and a one-way ticket costs 8 euro which is valid for 90 minutes so you can use on the metro as well. Tickets can be bought at the desk in the arrival hall or with the driver.
Since April 2015 Toulouse Airport is also connected to the city's tram line. Tram line T2 departs just outside the airport. You would need to change to the metro line A at Arenes Station to get to the city center. A one-way ticket (valid on both tram and metro for one hour) costs 1.60 euro.
