Gladstone Airport is owned and operated by Gladstone Regional Council and serves Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. It is the 27th busiest airport in Australia with over 240,000 passengers a year. In 2008 the airport was redeveloped which was completed in 2011. The airport gained the Regional Airport of the Year Award as the best airport on November 16th, 2011.
