To Kalibo: If your destination is Kalibo best to use a tricycle which are waiting outside the arrivals hall for around PHP 20.
To Boracay: The best way to get to Boracay is by using one of the many minivans that are waiting in front of the terminal. As most people are heading to Boracay you can just follow the crowd. A bus ticket to the jetty would cost around PHP 250-300 and should always include the ferry ticket for going to Boracay (please be aware that it does not included the environmental and other fees payable at the jetty).
