Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport

Jakarta's Halim Perdanakusuma Airport was the city's main airport until the opening of Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport in 1985 and was used for governmental flights and it is a major air force base for the Indonesian Air Force. In 2014 it was reopened for commercial flights to ease the congestion at the main airport.
