The new Mathilda Batlayeri Airport is a small domestic airport serving Saumlaki on Tanimbar Islands in Maluku. The airport replaced the old Olilit Airport in 2014. The airport is named after Mathilda Batlayeri, a heroine originating from Tanimbar Islands who died in 1953 while fighting the Darul Islam rebel movement in South Kalimantan.
