How many runways and passenger terminals does Incheon International Airport have?

The airport has three parallel runways and one terminal. A concourse building was added to the main terminal in 2008 which adds more gates for arrivals and landing but the check-in, baggage reclaim and customs are still done in the main terminal building. The concourse building and the main terminal are connected by an 870 meters long underground shuttle train. All foreign airlines have their departures and arrivals in the concourse building while Korean airlines (Korean Air, Asiana and Busan Airlines) use the gates in the main building. There are over 90 airlines from all over the world flying to Seoul Incheon Airport.

The airport opened in 2001 and is constructed on reclaimed land between two islands of the coast of Incheon, 48 km west of Seoul.

How to get from the airport to Seoul city centre by public transport?

The best and quickest way into Seoul is using the AREX train link to downtown Seoul Station where you can connect to other public transport. Express trains (8000 won) depart every half hour and take 43 minutes while the slower commuter service departs every 6 minutes but takes 53 minutes to get to Seoul Station (for only 3700 won).
If you are heading to southern Seoul or have lots of baggage then airport buses (called Limousine buses) or taxis are better options. Outside arrival area on the first floor you will find numerous buses going to all corners of Seoul. Best to get a map and ask at the information desk which bus best suits your needs. A bus to Seoul will cost about 15.000 won, one-way. The last bus departs shortly after the last flight has landed, so if you arrive late best not to spend too much time at the ice-skating otherwise you would need to get a taxi.
