Travelling using plane is quite fun. But if the trip takes long time, you may have a jetlag. But you need not to worry for jetlag can be avoided with several tips below:

Avoid alcohol and get some sleep

Avoid consuming alcohol before and during your flight. Use your time on a plane to get some sleep and make yourself as comfortable as possible. If it’s necessary, bring along aromateraphy to make you even more comfortable to get some rest.

Drink a lot of mineral water

Mineral water is quite useful. During your long trip flight, it’s better for you to drink a lot of mineral water to avoid your body in getting dehidration. Mineral water is also believed to be able to make your body even fresher.

Consume either healthy food or snack during flight

Beside consuming a lot of mineral water, you need also to prepare either healthy food or snack during your flight. If it’s necessary, consume also vitamine to maintain your body. Fruits and nuts are good to accompany your trip. Though, you need to consider to not consume them too much.

Drink some juice

Juice, especially fruit juices, can help you to restore your physical condition. As you arrived at the hotel, you can ask an officer to prepare you fresh juice to restore your physical condition during your trip.

Take a bath

As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you can clean and freshen your body by taking a bath. Get warm water bath if it’s necessary. By taking a bath, you can both recover your body and make your body adapted to the condition of your current location.
